Nikki had always dreamed of owning a small, independent coffee shop with an inviting, “welcome, friends” atmosphere.
Casey had been gifted a roaster and taught how to transform beans into the most magically aromatic and flavorful coffee. ​
The Cold Spring community had been craving the perfect blend of neighborhood gathering spot and exceptional, handcrafted coffee.

The stars aligned, and Cold Press Cafe was born.
